Mr. Guerrero is a banking executive with more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector. He currently serves as CEO of Banco Atlántida Ecuador, where he leads the Bank’s strategic and operational direction. He has played a leading role in the Bank’s institutional transformation and in strengthening its position within Ecuador’s financial system.
Prior to joining Banco Atlántida, Esteban built extensive experience in treasury, institutional banking, investment management, and financial markets. He is also the founder of Reditum Market Data, a financial and market intelligence platform used by more than 50 financial institutions in Ecuador to support strategic decision-making.
