He has extensive experience in structuring public and private offerings, including bonds, preferred shares, securitizations, and digital assets (tokenization).
His professional profile is further strengthened by extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic leadership. He currently serves on boards of directors and investment committees of entities in El Salvador, Panama, Ecuador, Spain, and Luxembourg.
