Mr. Gómez Perezagua has served as Chairman of EBN Banco (Banco Español de Negocios). Prior to his appointment as Chairman, Mr. Gómez Perezagua built an extensive career in Spain's financial and business sectors. He served as Director General of the Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO), Vice Chairman of Banco Árabe Español, Chairman of Fastibex, and as a director of Banco Exterior de España, Sociedad Mixta de Segunda Aval, and ICO Leasing. In the corporate sector, he was Chairman of real estate company Bami and a director of construction firm OHL.
